DPW to give away free mulch to county residents
The Seymour Department of Public Works will have mulch available free to Jackson County residents beginning June 6.
An employee will be staged in the mulch lot with an end loader from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 6 to 10 and June 13 to 17.
The DPW facility is at 865 F Ave. East, Seymour, in the Freeman Field Industrial Park.
All of the yard waste that residents set at the curb this spring was ground up and turned into mulch.
