Seymour High School inducts students into National Honor Society

Sixty-four students were inducted into the Seymour High School chapter of the National Honor Society during a special ceremony April 20.

According to the National Honor Society, “Your highest-achieving students aren’t just leaders in the making. They are already respected role models in their learning community.”

To obtain membership, the student must demonstrate the qualities of scholarship, service, leadership and character. There are currently 117 members in Seymour’s National Honor Society chapter.

The 2022 inductees include Jaylee Baker, Kayla Baker, Raeann Baker, Samuel Baker, Journee Brown, Macy Casner, Melanie Castro-Trujillo, Rene Clemente-Cordoba, Kate Connell, Lucia Conrad, Dillan Cooper, Emily Cooper, Cali Cummings, Hannah Dart, Aly East, Aleia Findley, Olivia Fowler, Landon Fritsch, Makenna Greenawalt, Gavin Grimes, Drew Handloser, Caden Harriss and Elise Hartung.

Also, Ashlyn Henderson, Jonas Hildreth, Jacob Jablonski, Daniela Jimenez, Diliana Juan Gaspar, Brooke Knieriem, Nhi Le, Rachel Lenart, Wendi Lopez-Solis, Anna Marks, Claire Marshall, Avery Miller, Seth Montgomery, Sydney Montgomery, Cooper Murphy, Avery Musgrave, Jaidyn Nichols, Katherine Otte, Bret Perry and Dylan Peters.
