The public is invited to help get the Crothersville community garden set up for the season.

An event is set for 9 a.m. Saturday at Bard Street Park to give people a chance to help till, plant plants and berry bushes and spread mulch. Concrete blocks may be in by then, too.

Those interested in helping should bring work gloves and tools. Hoes and garden rakes will be available.
