The right lane and shoulder of southbound Interstate 65 are scheduled to close at 7 p.m. Monday to allow Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Force Construction Inc. to complete concrete patching between mile marker 70 and 71 in Bartholomew County.

The closure will remain in place through late Tuesday to allow the concrete to cure.

Additional lane and shoulder closures are planned at the same location next month for pipe lining work.

INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distractions and consider worker safety when traveling through active construction zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
