The Crothersville Town Council will have a special meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at the town hall, 111 E. Howard St., Crothersville.

The purpose of the meeting, open to the public and press, is to discuss personnel, the utility bid process and the cumulative capital development fund.

The council also will meet in executive session, closed to the public and press, at 5 p.m. to discuss personnel.
