The Jackson County Public Library board of trustees will meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the meeting room of the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Agenda items include the financial report, claims and docket and an administrator’s report on facility cost evaluation by Mary Reed.

There will be a staff report by circulation assistant Jordann Malone and library advocacy training on public library funding.

Library Director Julia Aker will report on a Library Endowment purchase recommendation, plus a policy review concerning credit cards, accounts and circulation.

Board meetings are open to the public and press. Any member of the public wishing to speak during the meeting should contact Aker prior to the meeting.

There will be an executive session at 3:30 p.m. to discuss litigation. This will not be open to press or public.
