The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes TDAK Development Inc. requesting to build a new building on the property at 2099 E. Tipton St., Roger Stephens, Drent Sarault and The Weary Travelers requesting development plan approval at 905 S. Commerce Drive to run a recreational vehicle park and Arthur Properties requesting to rezone property at U.S. 31 and County Road 400N to take 69.33 acres from R-S to RS-1 for a new subdivision.

If the latter goes on to be approved, the request would allow new subdivisions served by approved infrastructure.
