The Seymour Plan Commission is set to meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Jason and Rebecca Kleber requesting a land use variance at 10431 E. County Road 800N to run a small business out of an existing 50-by-60-foot building for scheduling softball games and Joe Hauersperger requesting approval for the primary plat of a new subdivision, Quail Creek 2, that fronts Quail Creek Drive and Sunset Lane.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
