REDDINGTON

Lowell Lawrence Beineke, 87, of Reddington Indiana, left this earth to reunite with his wife Patricia at their new forever heavenly home on Monday, February 21, 2022.

He was born on May 7, 1934, in Seymour, Indiana, to Charles and Kathryn Beineke. On June 21, 1953 he married the love of his life, Patricia at the Uniontown Baptist Church. They were married nearly 60 years and raised a beautiful family in Reddington.

He retired from Cummins in 1994 where he worked for nearly 40 years as an experimental machinist. Even after retirement, he could be found “tinkering” with projects around the house any given day. These projects were often accompanied by music in the background performed by Gold City Quartet, The Bishops, or a variety of Southern Gospel music artists.

Survivors include his children; Tim (Betty) Beineke, Cheryl Beineke Pate, Scott (Donna) Beineke, and Burnetta Beineke Bryant, his sister; Rita (Mel) Biehle, his grandchildren; Jason (Val) McClanahan, Melissa (Aaron) Brown, Shawn (Jennifer) Malone, Steve (Carrie) Beineke, Tiffany (Steven) Wathen, Chase Beineke, and Nathaniel (Hillary) Bryant, and his 17 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of nearly 60 years, and grand-daughter, Courtney Malone-Smallwood.

While it would be impossible to summarize 87 wonderful years into a small article of words, know that each person that interacted with Lowell during his time on this earth, walked away with a smile.

“His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”

Visitation will be held at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Thursday February 24, 2022, at 4pm to 8pm and on Friday February 25, 2022, from 10am to 11am. Service will be held at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Friday February 25, 2022, at 11am. Burial to follow the service at Uniontown Cemetery.
