The Jackson County Public Library board of trustees will meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the meeting room of the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Agenda items include a staff report by Monica Riley, head of collection development, an administrator’s report with a report on surplus furniture and equipment and also a litigation update.

There also will be a discussion of finances, claims and dockets and a report from Library Director Julia Aker.

Board meetings are open to the public and press. Any member of the public wishing to speak during the meeting should contact Aker prior to the meeting.
