Carl Michael Lang 90, of Seymour, IN passed away Saturday February 12, 2022, at Schneck Medical Center. He was born in 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Jacob Lang and Marion Andrassy Lang.

In 1968 in Columbus, Ohio he married the love of his life Jo Ann Ross, and she survives.

Carl was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University. Carl enjoyed mowing his lawn, doing yardwork, and loved going to Trinity Lutheran Basketball games. Most of all he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

He is survived by his wife, sons; Terry (Susan) Lemon, Gary Lemon, and Michael (Krista) Lang, grandchildren; Andy (Christie) Lemon, Rowden (Brooke) Lemon, Emilee Lang, Victoria Lang, and Hudson Lang.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church on Thursday February 17, 2022, from 4-8 pm and on Friday February 18, 2022, from 10-11 am at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Services will be held on Friday February 18, 2022, at 11 am at Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pastor Andrew Currao officiating.

Family request memorials be made to Trinity Lutheran High School in care of Voss and Sons Funeral Service.

In keeping with Carl’s wishes cremation services are being performed by the caring staff at Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
