Jackson County Emergency Management Agency has changed vendors for its mass notification system.

All white and yellow page phone numbers have been uploaded into the new system.

If you want to receive alerts on your cellphone, visit jacksoncounty.in.gov, and at the bottom of the page under Citizen Alert, use that link to sign up using Hyper Reach.

Hyper-Reach will automatically call your listed landline number for community alerts but will only call listed landlines for weather alerts if you sign them up. You need to sign up for any unlisted landline number or cell number.
