The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Tara Sutherland requesting a land use variance at 1365 N. County Road 700N to use an existing 70-by-40-foot building to run a dog breeding business.

Also, Gary Colglazier and Tammy Riordan are requesting to vacate the property at 903 W. Tipton St. to retain and continue the use of the parking lot adjacent to the building that was granted to the owner via variance in August 1981. They are selling the property, and the sale is contingent on this vacate.

The other agenda item is Daniel and Jessica Croquart requesting a land use variance at 10815 E. County Road 700N to use an existing building on the property to run a gun shop.
