If you need a winter break, Jackson County Community Theatre has an idea for you.

The annual dinner theater, a joint effort of JCCT and The Pines Restaurant, will be Feb. 24, 25 and 26 at The Pines Evergreen Room south of Seymour. The Feb. 24 performance is a nondinner show beginning at 7:30 p.m., while the other two are dinner shows at 6 p.m. featuring The Pines buffet dinner.

This year’s show is “Broadway Cabaret,” a musical revue of popular Broadway show tunes through the years, from “Guys and Dolls” to “Dear Evan Hansen.” Ten singers, all of whom have appeared on JCCT’s stage in the past, will perform in solo numbers and ensemble pieces.

They are directed by Georgiann Coons and accompanied by band members Dick Parman on guitar, Ron Duncan on drums and Paul Scheiderer and Coons on keyboard.

The show is directed by Paul Keller. Larry Hartley is assistant director, and Megan Keller is production manager. Paul Angle and Jordan McKinley are in charge of lighting and sound, and Erin Newby is house manager.

The singers are Bridget Bingham, Courtney Durham, Erin Moore, Larry Hartley, Matt Nieman, Monica Kriete, Natalie Whan, Paul Angle, Paul Keller, Stephanie Strothmann and Riley Lawles.

A few examples of the 25 numbers they will sing in solos or ensemble are “Maybe” from “Annie;“ “Memory” from “Cats;” “I Could Have Danced All Night” from “My Fair Lady;” “You’ll Be Back” from “Hamilton;” “Dentist!” from “Little Shop of Horrors;” “Slipping Through My Fingers” from “Mamma Mia;” “If I Were a Rich Man” from “Fiddler on the Roof;” and “You Will Be Found” from “Dear Evan Hansen.”

Audience members will be invited to participate in singalong numbers from “Oklahoma” and “The Sound of Music” between acts.
