The Jackson County Public Library board of trustees will meet at 4:30 p.m. today in the meeting room of the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

If Jackson County is in the red status, the building will not be open to the public for the meeting, but a Zoom link should be available instead.

Agenda items include Matt Lorenzo taking the oath of office, adoption of the consent agenda, a staff report by youth services assistant Stephanie Sluder and a report from Library Director Julia Aker.

There also will be a discussion of finances, claims and dockets and a president’s report on committee appointments.
