The Brownstown Public Library board of trustees plans to meet at 5 p.m. Jan. 18 in the conference room of the library, 120 E. Spring St., Brownstown.

Agenda items include election of a president and secretary to the board of finance, the investment officer’s report about investment, cancellation of outstanding two-year-old checks, a review of cash flow and appropriation expenditure reports, consideration of approval of financial reports and a review of two policies.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
