James T. and Sharon Eglen will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary at home with their family.

James and the former Sharon Wineinger were married Dec. 23, 1961.

They have two children, Lisa (Jeff) Ferguson and Lora (Rob) Kirts , all of Brownstown.

They also have three grandchildren, Lindsey (Seth) Pray, Katie (Michael) Leitzman and Casey (Lauren) Kirts, and five great-grandchildren.

Sharon is retired from Goecker Construction and James is retired from Amoco Chemicals and Sportabout Eglen.
