Debra May (Winslow) Luckey, age 59, a native of Seymour, Indiana and a resident of Memphis, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at her residence. She was born on May 6, 1962 to the late Dewey Stout and the late Lillian (Winslow) Stout. She was a Christian by faith and enjoyed reading, going to festivals, carnivals and spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her son, Justin Luckey, step-son, Randy Murphy, three step-daughters, Danielle Cobb and her husband Jimmy of Urbana, Ill, Deanna Byrne and her husband Aaron of Columbus, Indiana and Tami Sansbury of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Four brothers, Carl Winslow and his wife Ida of Seymour, Indiana, Dewey Joe Stout and his wife Kathy of Deltona, Florida, Brad Stout and his wife Missy of Yatesville, Georgia and Jonathan Stout and his wife Amanda of Locus Grove, Georgia. One sister, Tammy Cody and her husband Doug of Hampton, Georgia.

Two grandchildren, Kadence Marie Luckey and Kyhanne May Luckey. Fourteen nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her life partner, Bohusav Burianek of Memphis, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Andrea Luckey.

Per her wishes, cremation was chosen and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
