The Muscatatuck Wildlife Society, the nonprofit refuge support group, will have an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday outside the visitor center at the refuge, 12987 E. U.S. 50, Seymour.

Items for sale will include all kinds of field guides and nature books along with Federal Duck Stamps for those who need one.

Volunteers also will be there to fill visitors in on the latest refuge wildlife sightings and places to see otters.

If the weather permits, there will be another open house Dec. 11.
