Build a stuffed polar bear at library workshop

The Jackson County Public Library offers a free Noah’s Ark Animal Workshop for children ages 2 to 12.

During upcoming workshops, participants will build a stuffed polar bear friend to take home. Each participant also will receive a copy of “There’s a Bear on My Chair” by Ross Collins.

The workshop schedule is as follows:

Crothersville: 3:30 or 4:30 p.m. Dec. 1 or 4 p.m. Dec. 3 in the library meeting room; registration begins Nov. 22; limit eight each session

Medora: 3:30 or 4:30 p.m. Dec. 9 in the library meeting room; registration begins Dec. 2; limit eight each session

Seymour: 10:30 a.m. Dec. 17 on Facebook Live at facebook.com/myjclibrary; registration and pickup begin Dec. 10; limit 90

Registration is required, and space is limited in these programs sponsored by Friends of the Jackson County Public Library.

If Jackson County is in the orange or red COVID-19 status, masks will be required for ages 3 and up during in-person programs.
