Geneva Gail Allen Hilleke, age 86, a native of Lawrence County, Indiana and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed from this life and reunited with those that have gone before her on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family who she loved so dear. She was born on August 13, 1934 to the late Ray B. Allen and the late Wilma Faye (Wicker) Allen. She was longtime member of Fairview Christian Church and attended Seymour Christian Church. She was also a member of The Order of the Eastern Star, the Seymour VFW, Eagles Club and past member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

Geneva will forever be remembered as a feisty lady that loved life. She was generous to those that needed her and always approached them in a loving manner. She was extremely proud of her family and would brag on them as often as she could. She loved to crochet and made sure that her love for the art lived on in her blankets she handmade for each of her children and grandchildren. Her love for crochet was also shown in her creation of a variety of unique creations.

She loved the outdoors and working in her yard with special attention to her flowers. She loved reading and enjoying the sights of the White River where her camper would be parked. She was an amazing cook and the family will forever treasure the memory of her potato soup, broccoli casserole and 7-Up salad.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her and each life that she touched in her own special way.

Geneva is survived by her one son, Joe Hilleke and his wife Kathy of Noblesville, Indiana. Six daughters, Sarah Sparks and her husband Mike of Brownstown, Indiana, Barb Stuckwisch of Seymour, Indiana, Diana Tormoehlen and her husband Marty of Vallonia, Indiana, Mary Anders and her companion, Tim Land of Seymour, Indiana, Margaret Tormoehlen and her husband Kevin of Brownstown, Indiana and Teresa Goecker and her husband Stuart of Seymour, Indiana.
