The Pershing Township Lions Club is sponsoring a soup supper and euchre tournament July 10 at the senior citizens center, 6807 N. Union St., Freetown.

The menu will feature chili, bean soup, taco salad, hot dogs, homemade desserts and drinks. The cost is $5 for supper and $5 for the tournament. Serving begins at 4:30 p.m., and the tournament is scheduled for 6 p.m.

The event, open to the public, raises funds for club charity projects.
