Seymour BZA set to meet Tuesday night

The Seymour Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the training room upstairs at the police station, 205 N. Ewing St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Eric Deuser requesting a variance at 425 Catalpa Drive for the construction of a pool, Heath Kiser requesting a variance at 436 Skaggs Court for a shed and Sam and Shelby Borcherding requesting a variance at 535 Robin Hood Drive for the installation of a fence.

Also, requesting land use variances are Brian and Jenny Stuckwisch at 5602 E. County Road 100N for a wedding reception/party/dinner venue and Erin Sitterding at 837 Phillips Lane to run a dog grooming business out of an existing garage. Both received favorable recommendations from the Seymour Plan Commission during a June 10 meeting.

The BZA’s other agenda item is John Bennett and Jan Peacock requesting a variance for a fence.
