The public is invited to attend a Flag Day ceremony at 11 a.m. Monday on the patio of the Seymour Elks Lodge 462 (also Brewskies Downtown restaurant), 117 E. Second St., Seymour.
The ceremony will include a presentation about the history of the U.S. flag.
