Seymour Plan Commission to meet Thursday night

The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday on the second floor of the police station, 205 N. Ewing St., Seymour.

The agenda includes Joe Hauersperger and Kenneth and Linda Kendall requesting to rezone property that fronts Quail Creek Drive and Sunset Lane for the development of a new manufactured home subdivision and Jason Miller requesting to rezone property in the 700 block of Marley Lane to develop a new subdivision with approximately 52 lots on nearly 15 acres.

Also, Brian and Jenny Stuckwisch with Three Bin Farm LLC are asking for a land use variance at 5602 E. County Road 100N for the use of a wedding reception, party and dinner venue, and Erin Sitterding is requesting a land use variance at 837 Phillips Lane for the use of an existing 12-by-20-foot garage for a dog grooming facility.
