The Pershing Township Lions Club is sponsoring a soup supper and euchre tournament June 5 at the senior citizens center, 6807 N. Union St., Freetown.

The menu will feature chili, bean soup, potato soup, hot dogs, homemade desserts and drinks. The cost is $5 for supper and $5 for the tournament. Serving begins at 4:30 p.m., and the tournament is scheduled for 6 p.m.

The event, open to the public, raises funds for club charity projects.
