The Seymour Police Department has released information about a missing teenager.
Carlee Forbes is an 18-year-old female who is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds and has blonde hair and blue-green eyes.
Police say the last contact involved telling a family member she was going to “live with friends.” No further information on a possible destination was provided.
Forbes left the 700 block of Miller Lane on April 12. Family has not had any contact with her since that date. She was reported missing to SPD on Tuesday.
