Library presenting virtual escape room for children

0

The Jackson County Public Library is planning a virtual escape room in May for children in grades 3 through 5.

Dr. Dingledoofer has taken a library staff member hostage inside of his science lab. Help break her out to stop the mad scientist from sabotaging the library with his latest evil experiment.

Registrants will use Zoom from a computer to tell the person trapped how to solve various puzzles and escape the room in 45 minutes. Registration is required.

There will be sessions at 5 p.m. May 7 and 11 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. May 8.

Use Zoom from a computer (zoom.us) or download the free app ZOOM Cloud Meetings on your phone from the app store. Participants need to include an email so the library can send the login to the program. If you do not have an email, call the children’s department to request the login.
