Mr. Paul Dee Brasher, 67, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on April 18, 2021 at Columbus Regional Health. Paul retired from the Carpenter’s Union. He was also a past Governor and lifetime member of Moose Lodge #148. Paul was a Fraternal Order of Eagles and VFW member.

Paul was born in 1953 to the late Samuel Walter and Hazel (Hall) Brasher in Seymour.

On December 12, 2002, Paul married Ruby DeHart in Seymour and she survives.

He is also survived by his children, Makala Brasher, Heidi Oguntosin, and Rane Herzek; sisters, Joyce Deaton, Jan Senn, and Judy Couch; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Gerald Brasher, David Brasher, and Dennis Brasher.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Lee Brasher.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 24, from 3-5pm at Voss & Sons Funeral Service.

In keeping with Paul’s wishes, cremation services have been provided by Voss Funeral Service and Crematory.

Memorials may be written in Paul’s name to Jackson County Community Foundation with a memo to dog shelter in care of Voss Funeral Service.

Masks are required as well as social distancing within the building. Cards and notes of condolence are most welcome.
