Immanuel Lutheran Guild met April 6 in the fellowship hall of the church.

President Joan Nichols called the meeting to order with 22 members present. The Rev. Jimmy Rodriguez gave the topic for the evening.

Birthdays and nursing home cards were discussed. Pat Nicholson announced the May meeting will be a pitch-in and all members are asked to bring either a salad, a vegetable or a dessert to share. The committee will provide the meat and drinks.

Refreshments were served by the hostesses for the evening: Sue Foster, Martha Bloch and Tammy Swindell. An Easter theme was observed.

Sandy Kilgas closed the meeting with a devotion and a prayer.
