Ryan ” Rain” Ronald Fulk, 29 of Seymour, Indiana, passed away February 24, 2021 at his home. Born March 16, 1991, to Teresa Smith who survives, other survivors include his brother Richard Williams, and aunt Tomi Keith. In memory of Ryan there will be a Memorial/ Birthday to honor what a beautiful soul he was March 14, 2021 at Cornerstone Church from 2-5 pm.
