The Immanuel Lutheran Guild met March 2 in the fellowship hall of the Seymour church.

President Joan Nichols called the meeting to order with 23 members present.

Todd Behmlander, principal of Immanuel Lutheran School, gave a presentation on the status of the school with regards to how the COVID-19 pandemic has been handled at the school. He also talked about the addition of kindergarten starting in the fall of 2021.

Birthdays and nursing home visitations were discussed.

The distribution of funds for the 2020 year were reviewed and approved.

A St. Patrick’s Day theme was chosen by hostesses Betty Chastain, Marilyn Cooper and Arlene Rieckers.

Sandy Kilgas closed the meeting with a devotion and prayer.

The next meeting will be April 6.
