MITCHELL
Edward Lee Tobias, 76, of Mitchell, IN, died at 4:10 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at his home. He was born on March 29, 1944 in Greensburg, IN to the late Johnny & Catherine (Young) Tobias. Edward worked with the Carnival and loved to share stories of his experiences and travels. He was a member of the 1st Church of God in Mitchell.
Survivors include his sisters?Linda Ault of Wheeler Hollow, Beulah White of Seymour, Maxine Hanners of Bedford, Marilyn Gee of Shoals, Annie & Clara of Columbus; nephew?Paul (Tonya, Angel & Ashley) Tobias, Jr.; nephew?Alvin (Brenda) Flatt; good friend?Pastor Bob Carson; numerous other nieces and nephews.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents & brothers?Cecil Tobias, Norman Tobias, & Paul Tobias, Sr.
A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 31st at 11:00 a.m. at the First Church of God in Mitchell, IN with Edward Morel officiating. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
