
The Seymour Community School Corp. board of education reorganized for the year during a meeting Jan. 12.
Reelected members Art Juergens, Ken Browning and Jeff Joray were sworn into office by Jackson Circuit Court Judge Richard W. Poynter. The board voted to retain its current officers for another year. They are Juergens as president, Nancy Franke as vice president and Browning as secretary.

Board development and training — Joe Tormoehlen
School farm and vocational advisory board — Max Klosterman

Seymour Park and Recreation Board — Juergens
Seymour Redevelopment Commission — Joray

Board members reviewed and approved to maintain their annual compensation at $2,000 and to continue meeting at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month.
