The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the Seymour hospital, 411 W. Tipton St.

The purpose of the meeting, closed to the public and press, is for discussion of strategy involving the initiation of litigation or pending/threatened litigation and the discussion and preparation of competitive marketing strategies.
