The Lynn Street Colored School Center of Goodwill committee will host a barbecue fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or until sold out Oct. 3 at the site, 208 S. Lynn St., Seymour.

The menu will include a pulled pork sandwich, a bag of chips, cookies and soda for $6. Freewill donations also will be accepted.

This fundraiser is to help raise money toward the restoration of the school building.
