The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday in the Mary Schneck Conference Room of the Seymour hospital, 411 W. Tipton St.

The purpose of the executive session, closed to the public and press, is for discussion of strategy involving the initiation of litigation or pending/threatened litigation and the purchase or lease of real property. The board also plans to engage in strategic planning.

The board also plans to meet in open session at 8 p.m. Monday.
