Edward R. Larrison Jr. and Janet A. Larrison recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.

Edward and the former Janet McLaughlin were married Aug. 20, 1955, at First Methodist Church in North Vernon.

The couple are the parents of two children, Elizabeth Ann Larrison and Kevin J. Larrison, both of Seymour. They have two grandchildren.

She was a registered nurse for 29 years at the hospital in Seymour and for seven years at Dr. Wiethoff’s office. He owned Larrison’s Diner for 22 years.

Both belong to First United Methodist Church in Seymour.
