Charles and Ruth Quilleon of Seymour celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at their home with their family.

Charles and the former Ruth Beatson were married Sept. 10, 1960, in Columbus.

The couple are the parents of three children, Pamela (Jeff) Anderson, Kimberly Varnell (deceased) and Catherine (Doug) Brown. They have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Charles is retired from management at Farm Bureau Insurance, and Ruth also is retired. Together, they owned Favorite Things in Seymour and Brick Street Sampler in Salem.
