Andy Royalty has been elected to the board of directors for JCB and its parent company, Bancorp of Southern Indiana.
Royalty, a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology, is president of four Seymour businesses, including Royalty Companies of Indiana Inc., TDAK Development Inc., Majestic Facility Experts Inc. and Reign Tight Roofing Systems Inc.
Originally from Crothersville, Royalty began his professional career as a plant manager at Regal Industries Inc. from 1990 to 1995 before starting his roofing company, Royalty Companies, in 1996.
He is a past member of the Boys and Girls Club of Seymour and currently serves on the board of Seymour Industrial Corp.
He also serves as president of the Community Foundation of Jackson County board of directors and an executive board member of Trinity Lutheran High School.
Royalty and his wife, Misty, have four children, Taylor, 26, Drew, 22, Alex, 20, and Kennedy, 15.
