The Seymour Police Department is teaming with Bite the Bullet LLC to offer a National Rifle Association firearms safety class Saturday in the training room at the police station, 205 N. Ewing St., Seymour.

Space is limited for the free class, so email [email protected] to register.

Meet outside Bite the Bullet, 101 E. Second St., Seymour, between 3 and 3:15 p.m., and then the group will walk over to the police station.

The class will be informative and relevant for any gun owner, the police department said in a Facebook post.
