State District 69 Rep. Jim Lucas, R-Seymour, plans to hold a lunch and conversation with the public at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rails Craft Brew and Eatery, 114 St. Louis Ave., Seymour.

Weather permitting, the event will take place outside on the patio. Otherwise, it will be held on the second floor in the large event room.

The restaurant urges guests to wear a face mask to go inside but said it can be removed while eating or drinking.
