The Jackson County Plan Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

The agenda includes a potential expansion of Rumpke of Indiana’s existing recycling building in Medora. The project will consist of extending its current working pad 35 feet out and then constructing a 90-foot-long, 70-foot-wide, 29-foot-tall extension onto their existing recycling building. The open-sided building will have 12-foot-tall concrete push walls down both sides to facilitate the handling of bulk recyclables.
