A Black Lives Matter "Music for Peace" rally is planned for 5:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday at Shields Park, 600 N. Broadway St., Seymour.

The rally will feature live music and guest speakers. There also will be free hot dogs, hamburgers and vegetable skewers. Anyone planning to attend may bring their own sign or make one at the art table. No violence will be tolerated at this grassroots event.
