ANDERSON
Shane Eugene Maxwell, 46, of Anderson, passed away June 13, 2020 at St. Vincent’s Anderson Hospital. He was born May 22,1974 in Anderson, Indiana and lived in Anderson his entire life.
He worked in construction and the proud owner of Sure Seal Asphalt Company.
Shane loved working on his Harley and trucks, going boating, being with his family, and loved his job as a paver.
Shane is survived by his loving children, Brandon (Kelsey) Maxwell and Bailey (Tyler) Greenlee and Jamie Howard; mother, Sandy Anderson; father Jake Maxwell; grandchildren, Mylee, Jaxon, Thea and Skylar Maxwell and Brynli Greenlee; mother of his children, Sandra Maxwell; long-time girlfriend Dawn Taliaferro; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Lamar Anderson; uncles Jerry Sanders and Johnny Stone; and his grandparents.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 18, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory.
Services will be Friday, June 19, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Gary McCaslin officiating.
Shane will be taken to his resting place at Anderson Memorial Park by a Harley Hearse.
In lieu flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family with envelopes available at the funeral home.
