Mr. Lloyd William Kerkhof, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus. He was born in Seymour to the late Floyd and Selma (Speaker) Kerkhof.

Private family funeral services will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday, June 8. Private family burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

He attended Calvary Baptist Church and was a member of Gideons International. On April 10, 1965 at White Creek United Methodist Church, Lloyd married Rita Sue Rose; she preceded him in death on November 17, 2019. Lloyd retired as an engineer at Cummins Engine Co. after 31 years of service. He was a member of the National Guard.

Lloyd is survived by his children, Barbara (Thomas) Rodenbeck, Lisa (Michael) Cox; grandchildren, Jessica (Joshua) Sandefur, William Rodenbeck, Sara Cox, John Cox,; great-granddaughter, Bella Trix Rose Sandefur; great-grandson, Michael Leon Sandefur; brother, Norman (Karen) Kerkhof; brothers-in-law, Herschel (Linda) Rose, James VonFange; and sisters-in-law, Patricia Kimbell, Theresa (Raymond) Lucas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Rita Sue Kerkhof; sister, Marilyn VonFange; and brother-in-law, Steven Kimbell.
