Seymour police have arrested a man after an investigation concluded he was dealing methamphetamine.

Brian Christopher Willman, 36, of Seymour is facing three charges of dealing in methamphetamine/delivery of methamphetamine in the amount of 10 or more grams, a Level 2 felony.

According to the probable cause affidavit signed by the case’s investigator, police worked with a confidential source to conduct multiple transactions in which the source purchased methamphetamine from Willman and provided it to police.

Police said after each transaction, the product was tested, and results returned positive for methamphetamine.

Willman was arrested Tuesday morning and booked into the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown, where he is being held without bond.

A Level 2 felony carries a sentence ranging from 10 to 30 years in jail with an advisory sentence of 17½ years if convicted.
