The Jackson County Recycling District is conducting a document destruction event from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday behind Subway in Brownstown.

For everyone’s safety, those attending should remain in their vehicles and allow staff members to unload papers.

It’s OK for staples, paper clips and file folders to be included. No binders, binder clips or laminated papers will be accepted.
