Seymour High School seniors may pick up graduation items from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 8 in the Seymour High School parking lot near the pool entrance.

Caps and gowns, graduation announcements, gold stoles, National Honor Society cords, academic and technical honors diploma medals, yard signs and other materials needed in advance of graduation will be distributed at this time.

Any items ordered from Herff Jones must be paid in full before pickup. Invoices have been mailed to families. Anyone with questions can contact Herff Jones at 317-839-1600 or online at herffjones.com/graduation.

Those picking up graduation materials must follow these guidelines:

• Enter the parking lot through Entrance 3 at the northwest corner of the high school property off of Stadium Drive by the football practice field. This is the route of normal student drop-off before school.
• The graduate’s name should be clearly displayed on the passenger-side window. Stop when the school representative greets you and relays your name to the distribution point, open your trunk, then re-enter your vehicle. Proceed to the distribution area at Door 17 (pool lobby) and remain in your vehicle.
• A representative will place your items in your trunk and close it.
• Proceed out of the parking lot and off school property by turning right onto Community Drive.
