Hoosiers football coach Tom Allen will offer live commentary through Twitter on Friday night when the athletic department re-broadcasts a 20-16 victory over Virginia from Sept. 8, 2018.

The game, which was played in a drenching rain in Bloomington, can be seen at IUHoosiers All Access on Facebook or on the @IndianaFootball Twitter page.

Other past IU football games available to see as part of the Hoosier Classic series over the next few days, each one beginning at 7 p.m., are today, Indiana at Wisconsin from Oct. 6, 2001; Saturday, Indiana vs. Minnesota, from Oct. 6, 2007; Sunday, Indiana against Ball State from Nov. 3, 2007; and Monday, Indiana against Purdue from Nov. 17, 2007.

It will not surprise Indiana fans which team wins in all of the games.

Besides the Virginia contest, the other games will be shown in conjunction with Facebook’s Watch Party. This allows fans the chance to offer their own comments on the game action.

In upcoming weeks, IU will offer additional throwback programing of highlight football and men’s and women’s basketball games. The schedule will be announced on IUHoosiers.com and in the #GoIU Newsletter.
